"If you ever get a chance to take a
Lymphatic class, do it! Everyone needs lymphatic work and almost no one
is practicing it"

Inspired by these words from my teacher, I took my first Manual Lymphatic Drainage continuing education class.
I have since integrated the skills I learned in that first class into literally thousands of client sessions and, in a big way, into my life.

Early into my lymphatic work I met a new client for a 45 minute session. This client is a doctor and I eagerly share with them the knowledge I had learned while teaching them how to replicate the technique on themselves. After the session, they said,
“I have a more Functional Understanding of the Lymphatic System after ONE session with you,
than I had after my EMT and MD training.”

Say what...?! I was shocked...

How could such a crucial system be so overlooked by medical curriculum?
In a tiny nutshell, the Lymphatic system is the Highway for the immune system- and thus important to Everything.

I realized that our modern understanding of the Lymphatic System  is still pretty new and hasn’t
been widely integrated into  basic or even high level medical education. That's where I come in...

I have found that I have a way of teaching the Lymphatic concepts that is relatable and immediately applicable- a skill that has already proven life changing for so many. I now hold  private and public classes to more widely share the knowledge and techniques that I found to be the most transformational.

What started as a continuing education class has blossomed into
a clear and vibrant direction that I can easily say is my dream work!

I have developed my own unique system called LymphaticFlow that encompasses my classes, workshops, hands on techniques, virtual sessions, and eventually a product line to support self lymphatic drainage or as I call it DIY MLD
(do it yourself manual lymphatic drainage).

Currently the majority of my work is with clients who are recovering from surgeries or major injuries, managing Lymphedema or Lipedema,  or are seeking to support overall wellness.
